Modern life is full of demands and difficulties that affect us on many different levels. It is unsurprising and not unusual for us to suffer the physical and emotional stresses and strains of this.

I am a qualified homeopath and trained at The School of Homeopathy in Stroud. I then studied at a post graduate level with The Dynamis School of Advanced Homeopathy.
I have also studied with the Banerji Doctors and am therefore able to prescribe their protocols for specific, named illnesses and diseases. The efficacy of their practices have a history of more than 150 years.
All registered homeopaths have a minimum of four years training which includes the study of medical sciences as well as extensive training in the use of remedies and at least one year of supervised clinical practice.
I am registered with the Society of Homeopaths and work within their guidelines and principles.

“The Highest Ideal of Cure is rapid, gentle and permanent restoration of health”
Samuel Hahnemann — founder of Homeopathy, 1833
Homeopathy differs from conventional medicine in that it stimulates the body's own natural healing ability instead of suppressing the outward signs of illness that are familiar to us as 'symptoms'.
The idea behind homeopathy is that 'like cures like'. Something that promotes the symptoms of disease also has the ability to cure that disease. This principle has been used in medicine for centuries.
Homeopathic medicines are traditionally called remedies. You might be given very small pills or a liquid. Sometimes just one dose and other times repeated, tailored to your individual needs.
Homeopathy is now the most popular alternative medicine and favoured choice to conventional drugs throughout the whole world. People in the UK have been increasingly choosing homeopathic treatment as an alternative to prescribed drugs through increased concerns about side effects.
Many patients and health professionals have repeatedly found that homeopathy can not only relieve symptoms but also address the underlying cause of disease. Homeopaths often find that a major part of their work is in cases that have not been helped by conventional medicine.
This gentle medicine is safe for everyone from the young and robust, including babies and children to frail or very elderly patients; it is also safe to use during pregnancy.

World Health Organisation report, 2005If you are thinking of trying homeopathy but are unsure whether it's the right approach for you, why not give me a ring for a 'no obligation' chat first?
Your first appointment is a comprehensive session where we discuss your health history, lifestyle and current concerns in detail.
Follow-up sessions are held at approximately monthly intervals to assess your progress and adjust treatment as needed.
Please note that the number of follow-up appointments may vary; it is very usual to agree to two follow-up sessions so that your progress can be accurately assessed and supported.
My approach is that we agree and decide together how your individual needs are best met; this is conducive to the ethos of homeopathic treatment being individual to each patient.
Please note, it is difficult to give you the exact information on what best suits your needs and condition in this format. You can email me with any questions or concerns. As with all things homeopathic, I will tailor my approach to practice to work with what best suits you individually.
I'd love to hear from you. Whether you have questions about homeopathy or would like to book an appointment, please don't hesitate to reach out.
